TRIAD Payment Policies

TRIAD accepts cash, cashiers’ checks, personal checks (if pre-approved), and credit card payments for our services. Patients are advised to carefully read their insurance contracts to determine individual insurance coverage for our various services. Most insurances do not consider NTR™ a covered benefit under terms of coverage. Medical office visits (such as for Suboxone detox or maintenance management) are often covered, but again, be sure to check your insurance company’s payment policies carefully and especially for drug and alcohol-related services.

Payment is expected at time of service for all patients. For NTR™, we must have payment-in-full before proceeding due to the sizable materials and medications expenses that we must front on behalf of the patient prior to beginning treatment.

We do not bill insurance, but will provide a “superbill” that contains all necessary information for clients to bill their own insurance for reimbursement.
